One summer equals one year college study. Middlebury
offers summer language sessions, from beginning to advanced

What issues are raised by the failure of the trade
negotiations in Cancun? I.M. (Mac) Destler, professor at
the Maryland School of Public Affairs (MSPA) and visiting
fellow at the Institute of International Economics, will
give a talk titled "Cancun: Fire in the Ashes?" at the next
Development Circle Seminar, this Friday in Van Munching
Hall, room 1113 (Community Lounge). The Development Circle
is a group of MSPA students and faculty that seeks to
understand and promote just and sustainable development in
both poor and rich countries. The biweekly seminars are
open to the public.
